Key Responsibilities：
1. Make and implement method working plans;
2. Maintain and improve manufacturing process continuously with Kaizen, CI, project, digital...ensure efficiency improvement and cost down;
3. Capacity and layout management, investment application, Line design and improvement;
4. Well manage, develop and improve the competency of method team;
5. Method KPIs maintain and continue improve;
6. Support or lead new and industrialization projects in the company for continuous business growth;
7. Lead lean/SPS improvement and audit


Requirements
1, Bachelor above on Industry Engineering related
2, More than 5 years manufacturing plant experience, and 2+ years team management
3, Good English oral, Lean&6 Sigma Green belt above, Digital competency and experience
4, Resistance/HF Welding, Sensor, CT Knowledge and experience are better
