PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 61 Main focus of FFW and SOC business 61 Regularly visit customers (face-to-face) to establish/maintain customer relationships and develop new customers; 61 Negotiation, drafting quotation and converting them to actual business. 61 Assist customer service staff in handling all situations and resolving customer issues; 61 Optimize the customer/merchandise mix to improve performance; 61 Handle customer accounts receivable in accordance with company regulations and deadlines;
WORK EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES REQUIRED: 61 College degree or above (Logistics, Business Administration or related field) , 3-5 years of freight related sales experience preferred; 61 Good knowledge of shipping and freight forwarding; 61 CET-4 or above and good experience in using relevant IT office applications; 61 Good self-confidence, presentable appearance and clear presentation/demonstration skills 61 Good negotiation skills, flexibility and a winning attitude, strong customer orientation.
