1. Responsible for the sales and marketing of standard products of Menshen China and other subsidiary of Menshen Global, and sales maintenance and business promotion for the existing customers 2. Have an insight to the changes inside the cosmetics industry, actively provide new products develop and promotion plan in line with company’s development and customer’s requirements; including marketing research report, product feasibility investment report, provide Effective information which forms the Data and theory support for the company’s business &customer’s development 3. Organize and attend exhibitions in the cosmetics industry, formulate and implement reasonable plan 4.Development and maintenance of exp &imp business of our company, responsible for the business contact and cooperation within the group, directly business support for Menshen Singapore. 5.Responsible for the business development of COE (Center of Excellence) cosmetics at the strategic level of the company. 6.Responsible for the company image promotion, and products promotion, system filling, publicity documents& Materials. 7.Responsible of completing the whole process from negotiation to sign contract with Key Account Customer, Formulate sales budget and achieve sales targets. 8.Responsible for regular review and execution of quotation, PO, payment of KA contract and solve problems 9.Maintain good relationship with KA customer 10.Coordinate with Technical, production, quality and logistic dept., supervise and control the progress of projects Special requirements 1.Sales & Marketing related major, above college graduate 2. Over three years of sales management experience in the cosmetics packaging, OEM/ODM B2B daily chemical or related industries. 3.Familiar with the cosmetics market and brand customer resources, experience in managing key cosmetics clients is preferred. 4.Familiar with the basic processes of domestic and international trade, and possess strong communication skills in international business. 5.Familiar with product’s knowledge, understand sales &management related knowledge. 6.Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and patience, steady personality, strong sense of teamwork and organizational coordination ability. 7.Ability and experience in solving complex problems. Strong learning ability and ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. 8. Good communication skills and negotiation skills, able to effectively handle customer relationships. 9. Fluent in English both oral and written 10. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.; 11. Willing to travel in China and abroad
