1. In charge of physical test/ functional test, manage daily orders assignment & result release to ensure on-time delivery.
2. Result review of physical test results, ensure the correctness and plausibility of the information in the communication and outcome.
3. Have good quality control of daily tests, make sure tests comply with the SOP, align test methods within Hohenstein labs.
4. Build test capability physical tests as assigned, develop new test as assigned to support the new business and to increase clients’ satisfactory.
5. Have a good command of the instruments, well maintain the instruments in the lab, carry out external calibration and intermediate calibration as required.
6. Perform and approve the technical training and assessment of the technical personnel.
7. Be familiar with ISO/IEC 17025, prepare for the CNAS/CMA accreditation to expand the test scope under CNAS/CMA, etc.
8. Keep the workplace tidy and well organized. Ensure the correct use of personal protective equipment to meet the safety and health instructions.
9. Teamwork, cooperation working with crossline.
10. Domestic and international travel as assigned.
11. Carry out other duties assigned by manager.

Education and Skills:
1. Education: University degree or above, softline test related background.
2. Professional experience: 5-year working experience in softline related areas, third party testing institute is preferred. Have a good understanding of the softline physical test.
3. Good proficiency in English.
4. Have good interpersonal skills, can work under pressure, motivated.
