Purpose of the job:02 Process & Innovation Analyst will support Digital Finance Manager in identification of process improvement and automation opportunities across the whole VT finance. He/She will analyze existing processes and available data and assess feasibility of process improvement ideas. He/She will work closely with stakeholders to formulate the problem statement, process requirements, exceptions, and desired outcome. He/She will co-develop the TO-BE solutions and serve as connection between business and technical team and support roll-out and user adoption. He/She will also present the proposed solutions and update stakeholders, councils, and steering committees. Principal accountabilities:02 -Is customer oriented and build genuine partnership. -Thanks to the central role identifies standardization, process improvement and automation opportunities. -Works with stakeholders and helps them to formulate clear problem statement, requirements, and outcomes of the TO-BE solution. -Collects and analyzes data to assess current process and improvement ideas, evaluates its feasibility and benefits. -Supports Digital Finance Manager in presenting ideas and solutions to stakeholders, councils or steering committees and answers questions or provides data required by them for decision making. -Facilitates discussion and solutioning with business partners and technical team, helps to shape and detail final solution. Deploys most suitable combination of technology, tools, and approaches to achieve best possible results. -Oversees the delivery and performs basic project management activities. -Serves as liaison between operations and SPA team, actively shares information and knowledge. -Secures creation and maintenance of proper automation documentation. -Follows other instructions and tasks given by Line Manager Other Skills: -University degree in Finance -3+ years FSC experience -MS Office on advanced level, ERP experience - ideally SAP -Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation in English -Knowledge of FSC environment, orientation in business processes and finance flows in FSC, its dependencies and interactions with other functional areas (logistic, sales, treasury etc.) and its reflections in accounting records. -Analytical thinking and problem solving. -Capability to analyze details and ability to abstract and draw conclusions from detail -Good communicator and influencer -Innovative and challenging status quo, flexible and self-motivated -Hard worker, goal orientated -Service minded and customer oriented with 67Can Do“ attitude -Advanced computer skills, MS Office on advanced level and knowledge of SAP is a must, experience with Power Query, SQL, any programming language, or macros is an advantage -Basics understanding of Project Management -Team player
