1. Education: University degree or above, softline test related background.
2. Professional experience: 5-year working experience in softline related areas, third party testing institute is preferred. Have a good understanding of the softline physical test.
3. Have at least 2 years of team management experience.
4. Good proficiency in English.
5. Have good interpersonal skills, can work under pressure, motivated.
