Role 工作内容: 1,Following up customer orders including stock checking, order confirmation, shipping follow up, AR statement, Quality Complaints, etc. 跟踪客户订单,包括库存检查、订单确认、发货跟踪、AR报表、质量投诉等。 2. Assisting in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and contracts 协助准备销售报告、演示文稿和合同 3. Organizing and scheduling sales meetings and client visits 组织和安排销售会议和客户拜访 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes 与其他部门协作,确保销售流程的顺利进行 5.Coordinating between the customers and key vendors or other sectors for any issues 就客户与关键供应商或公司其他部门之间任何问题进行协调 6.Expediting order delivery as per customers’ request 尽可能的根据客户的需求加速订单交付 7.Inventory management and plan according to customers’ rolling forecast. 按照客户的滚动预测订单进行库存管理和计划 8.Provide necessary support to sales team 给予销售团队以必要的支持工作 9.
