岗位职责:
Main Tasks:
Implementation of EHS concepts (mandatory and Responsible Care)
- Collaborate with the employees and supervisors on the implementation and improvement actions in their work processes / areas to meet the energy efficiency (environmental, health and safety) standards established according to the applicable company, corporate and mandatory EHS regulations and requirements.
- To lead the energy management system of BACH to ensure the EnMS is suitable, adequate and effective.
- To monitor local laws and regulations and BASF Requirements and propose measures that ensure compliance and performance expectations are being met.
- To develop the ETS concept of BACH, including the actual emission reporting, gap analysis for allowance and allocation to each plant to ensure ETS management in BACH can fully meet the compliance requirement from authority.
- To supervise the status of high/significant energy consumption user and energy metering of SEU’s.
- To create the energy saving project based on the energy consumption analysis with each plant/Dept. Move the project forward and evaluate the real saving performance after the project performed.
- To establish and improve management regulation of energy consumption and utilization status, to have a good knowledge of energy fluctuate and to take effective measures to optimize production on site.
- Responsible for the propagation of implementation the energy-saving laws and regulations on special equipment.
- To organize to compile the energy-saving management procedure of the boiler and check on the implementation of the energy-saving measures of the boiler. Establish the energy-saving technical files for the boiler and organize the conduction on training of energy-saving management of boiler. Organize to compile boiler energy efficiency testing plan and urge the implementation of the regular energy efficiency testing.
- To be in charge of BACH energy efficiency and related energy reporting to local authority.
- To be in charge of hazardous waste disposal agreement setup & supervise the daily waste handling of BACH site to meeting the compliance.
- To be in charge of the supervise the on-line detectors management on EP related. To ensure the on line detectors management are meeting the compliance.
- To fulfill other tasks, etc
任职要求:
Requirements:
- Education: Graduated from university or above.
- Working Experience: Minimum three years working experience in Chemical production area or Energy & EP field.
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: 1 Knowledge of production process of chemical plant. 2 Good communication skills in both English and Chinese. 3 Good computer skills in Microsoft Office. 4 Enthusiastic and motivated
