Responsibilities工作内容：
1. Update vendor master data with below works. 根据以下工作更新供应商主数据。
a. Find out supplier email address and phone number from CB or plant buyer or contact info in system.找出供应商的电子邮件地址和电话号码从 CB 或工厂买方或在系统中的联系信息。
b. Send email to supplier to ask them to provide correct vendor master info and proof documentation.发送电子邮件给供应商，要求他们提供正确的供应商主信息和证明文件。
c. Call and email to suppliers again an again to push them reply earl.再次给供应商打电话和发电子邮件，推动他们尽早回复。
d. Receive info from suppliers, call suppliers to double confirm and complete internal verification document. 从供应商那里得到信息，打电话给供应商确认并完成内部验证文件。
e. Upload all document in system and revise vendor master.上传系统中的所有文档并修改供应商主服务器。

2. Plant buyer role 采购角色
a. Handle all PO from plant to ensure production smoothly, Organize technical review for complex topic. 处理工厂所有订单，确保生产顺利进行，组织复杂项目的技术评审。
b. Direct material SA creation, contract signature/stamp. 直接材料 SA 创建，合同签字/盖章。
c. Payment application for tooling/Capex/Investment items.工具/资本支出/投资项目付款申请。
d. Create new catalog/SA; update and continue the contract of all catalogs/SA at the end of year 2024 to meet KPI.创建新的目录/SA; 在2024年底更新并继续所有目录/SA 的合同，以满足 KPI。
e. Support the tasks from AP functions for data collect, projects and other work. 支持 AP 功能的数据收集、项目和其他工作。
f. Negotiation with supplier for price, Supplier management as the bridge between supplier and user department. 与供应商进行价格谈判，供应商管理作为供应商和用户部门之间的桥梁。
g. Join daily morning meeting/Weekly meeting/sourcing meeting to understand and follow process and handle urgent case.参加每天的早会/周会/采购会议，了解并跟踪流程，处理紧急情况。


Skill Requirements 任职要求:
1. Bachelor Degree in manufacturing or business scope 本科学历，生产或经营相关专业。
2. At least 2 years experiences in purchasing indirect materials, preferable in automotive industry 至少2年间接材料采购经验，有汽车行业工作经验者优先。
3. Good English and office soft skills, SAP purchasing module 英语流利和办公软件操作能力，SAP 采购模块。
4. Good communicate and team cooperation.良好的沟通和团队合作。
