Responsibilities / 职责 - Representing the company by establishing and maintaining good relationships with existing customers and Service partners. / 代表公司与现有的客户和服务伙伴建立和保持友好关系 - Responsible for providing customers with all service solutions within the Lenz product range. / 负责向客户提供伦茨产品范围内的所有服务解决方案 - Ensure conditions to provide the service products in time, in quality as specified by customer to meet the customers, the partners and company requirements. / 保证能按时并按照客户要求的提供服务产品,以满足客户、合作伙伴及公司要求 - Provide satisfactory and value-added services to our customers to enhance and maintain the professional image of our company. / 向客户提供满意的和增值服务,以提高和保持公司的专业印象 - Establish and maintain liaison with other departments within the Lenze Group to meet customer and the partner’s requirements / 跟伦茨集团的其他部门建立并保持关系,以满足客户及合作伙伴的要求
Profile/岗位要求 - Good knowledge about Lenze products, profound knowledge of service repair and parts business. / 对Lenze产品非常了解,对于服务维修和备件有丰富的知识 - At least 1+ year of sales experience in service and spare parts / 至少1年以上服务和备部件销售经验 - Good negotiation skills. / 良好的谈判技巧 - Skilled user of Microsoft Office. / 能熟练地使用办公软件 - Influential and convincing. / 有影响及令人信服的能力 - Customer orientated. / 以客户为主 - Team player. / 有良好的团队合作精神
