Tasks & Responsibilities: 61 Mission: Plan and manage the daily office administration to ensure a high standard service is provided with cost intelligence. The tasks include but not limited to indirect materials purchasing, office 5S management, building and facility management as well as the 3rd party service vendor management etc. 61 Execute functional strategies. 61 Budget planning, analysis, review and ongoing controlling. 61 Build up an efficient office administration process which is customer oriented and finance intelligence. 61 Develop office 5S standard and lead to conduct regular 5S inspection and improvement actions. 61 Install regular review process for building maintenance, propose budget to HRD and conduct measurement. 61 Purchase indirect material (hotel, flight, stationary, drinking water etc), office equipment, ensure a good working condition and stock level. 61 Manage the 3rd party service vendor to ensure the service provided reach KB standard and review annual contract. 61 Assist expatriate for their apartment leasing, medical check, relocation issues etc. 61 Monthly administration expense report and closing. 61 Other tasks as required by manager.
