RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer interface and onsite support in China with the option to fly to India and other countries when needed
Demo management, preparation and hands-on
Integration of Autobrains product on Tier1 vehicle
Troubleshooting and issues debug and investigation
Creating reports and raising flags to management in advance in case of any issue
Maintaining good relationships with customers and tier1
Installing systems in vehicles from scratch and supporting all car fleet activities
E2E systems and versions testing and validation
Testing system in test track and leading the activity E2E
REQUIREMENTS
Electrical practical engineer or similar background.
Experience in customer-facing positions and customer support.
Experience in Testing and System engineering.
Fluent English.
Fluent Chinese.
A Chinese driver's license is a must.
Ability to Travel frequently
Experience with Linux - advantage.
