Main Responsibilities:
61 Research the active ingredient application in skin care products. Develop local and regional skin care formulation especially sunscreen and anti-aging , whitening products.
61 Handle in vitro SPF test for customer
61 Make demo samples to support Asia sales and marketing promotion
61 Collaborate with key customer for the new products development
61 Finalized the cosmetic lab equipment and in vivo and in vitro test method SOP
61 Communicate with global lab team for global projects initiatives
61 Handle technical request, formulation recommendation and trouble shooting, join call for local and regional customers
61 Support techncial training, seminar and workshop.
61 Follow Lab EHS guidance
Requirements:
61 University degree in chemistry or related;
61 At least 4-5 years working experience in skin care or personal care formulation development and technical service. MNC is preferred.
61 Familiar with the Cosmetic actives attributes like UV filter, anti-aging, whitening etc.
61 Visit customers with sales and marketing regularly.
61 Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
61 Good communication skills and team spirit;
61 Good oral and written English;
61 Good Windows & MS Office computer skills.
