61 0-2 years’ experience in Chemical Companies.
61 Fluent in Mandarin language both verbal and written
61 Demonstrate basic understanding of polymer chemistry
职责描述：
61 Prepare lab sample following the guidance of chemist for new product development/trial
61 Carry out routine lab sample of existing products preparation for quality and raw material alternative study independently
61 Do the evaluation of the sample and prototypes according to internal and customer standards independently
61 Document experiment record and data report in a timely and organized manner
61 Support EHS, 5S and other lab admin issues
61 Carry out lab sample preparations and build up new laboratory protocols with general supervision from chemist for development of new products& applications of electronic materials such as but not limited to thermal conductive, adhesive, encapsulation and potting
61 Work on the quality evaluation and raw material qualification, alternative screening for existing products independently according to routine laboratory procedures
61 Conduct all necessary lab experiments and record experimental data and observations in an organized laboratory notebook.
61 Provide charts, graphs and written summaries of experimental results to chemist.
61 Contribute to safe operations and orderly laboratory work environment
61 Provide other lab admin. service such as consumable purchasing

Preferred Qualifications:
61 Master degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or Polymer Science related field
61 Self-motivated, results-oriented, with careful attention to detail and high level of initiative ability to be flexible and to work on multiple projects at any given time.
61 Having related silicone/epoxy/polyurethane experience is a plus.
