About the role We are looking for a driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our Retail Performance & Operation Manager, who will support Charlotte Tilbury’s offline retail growth accelerations in China. This position is responsible to support retail team to deliver efficient retail plan and operations that aligns with the brand strategy & priorities to achieve sales target.
As a Retail Performance & Operation Manager you will be responsible for Retail Performance Communication - Acting as key contact window in office for both internal & external communication and collaboration, including MKT, CRM, VM, RETAIL EDUCATION, LEGAL, bridging communication gaps and smoothing cooperation processes. - Partner with key HQ stakeholders and Retail Team to define and deliver tailor-maid strategic projects which improve the efficiency of field teams. - Lead and coordinate projects & initiatives in collaboration with different office department to ensure effective implementation for measurable results.
Retail Performance Communication - Support Offline Retail team to achieve retail KPIs and improvement by collaborating & accumulating best practices to better improve area performance. - In collaboration with field team, Education Team and Retail Management Team, plan and monitor client experience assessment program and action plans for client service excellence. - Analysing sales performance and assessing activities been implemented with specific indicators to better supervise healthy investment of business and optimizing FCST accuracy accordingly. (TMKT event, promotional mechanisms, etc.) - Driving and supporting tactical sales incentive, BA incentive/ commission program to drive business and retail performance. - Support and follow up the deployment of retail action plan based on store needs to increase store productivity.
Competitor Analysis - Studying competitor’s activities & mall promotion to identify business opportunities & event planning.
Retail Operation - Consolidate and prepare various retail performance KPIs data for management team. - Provide administrative support to the team (Incentive report, raise PO for all stores’ operation expenses, roster consolidation, Part-timer attendance & wages calculation - Assist in managing the daily operation process for all retail stores (Testers & TOA order, VM collateral order, Stock transfer, counter supplies order) - Ensure in-store VM & operation is high standard and align with company guidelines. - Combing store operation-related flow and establishing SOP accordingly to cultivate compliant implementation standards and avoid potential risks, including but not limited to store grand opening/ closing procedures, BA reimbursement & expense supervision, contracts termination/renewal, store repairment process, store monthly purchase regulation, etc.) - Regular store visit for BA in-store service/performance tracking, VM standard implementation and making improvement plans, such as mysterious visitor program initiation. - Providing administrative support to sales team, such as monthly PO raising for all stores’ rental and maintenance expenses, incentive mechanism drafting, salary calculation-based sales data consolidation. - Assisting store daily ordering, Testers/ TOA, VM collateral, stock transfer, counter supplies, etc.
Who you will work with - Reporting into Senior Retail Manager China.
About you - Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years solid experience in retail industry - Good English communication and reporting skills - Strong analytical and excel skills. - Have a keen sense of business acumen. - Willing to travel frequently within China mainland cities.
