This person will report to the Marketing Coordinator Asia based in Shanghai with direct line reporting to the Marketing Manager Asia based in Paris. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and will execute multi-task activities Job Responsibilities: Chinese Social Media 61Participating in monthly preparation of the Chinese social media planning aligned with the global strategy 61Designing the visual layouts for WeChat according to the HQ's brief (the theme, collection of products, choice of images, wording, etc.) 61Creating assets for China market, based on HQ guidelines 61Publishing 4 WeChat Articles, 4 Weibo Posts and 12 RED posts validated by HQ 61Collecting & Analyzing Chinese social media performance and elaborating monthly report Managing interaction with users on social media platforms (such as replying to comments, private messages, etc.) Marketing Kits 61Preparing the Chinese version following the format of official documents (materials +translation) 61Proposing a first draft of visual materials {invitation, flyer, poster...) for events, salons, exhibitions... Requirements: 61Native Chinese able to use English for daily communication, French will be a plus. 61At least 1 year of experience in the luxury industry and a great passion for the French Art of Living 61Experience in Chinese social media management is required and an understanding the localization of luxury brands 61Excellent in design tools such as Photoshop, Indesign, etc. and elegant taste to ensure all layouts, basic video editing skills will be a plus 61Proficiency in the use of computer programs: Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, PPT and Excel∞ Autonomous, taking initiatives with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
