Job Description: The Distribution Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our distribution channels, developing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring that our products and services reach a wider market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed distribution sales targets. 2. Provide training and support to distribution partners to ensure they are effective in selling our products and services. 5. Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide insights for continuous improvement. 8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences in the distribution channel. 9. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and fostering relationships.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in distribution sales. 3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. 5. Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales automation tools. 7. Fluent in English 8.
