【Job Description】: 1. Complete installation, IT Asset management, and maintenance tasks related to operating systems, application software, printing systems, networks, and office equipment based on service requests. 2. Handle the installation, adjustment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop devices (desktops, laptops, printers, projectors), including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and upgrading related hardware and software issues. 3. Be proficient in the operation of common systems and software such as Win10/11pro, Microsoft Office 365/2021, Teams, as well as familiar with network management platforms like ZABBIX. Perform basic network diagnostics, maintenance, and machine room management. 4. Communicate effectively with users, address their IT application issues, and ensure the proper functioning of systems. 5. Perform other IT tasks as assigned by department supervisors.
【Job Requirements】: 1. Associate degree or above in computer science or a related field. 2. At least 2 years of helpdesk or desktop support experience; IT service experience is a plus. 3. Ability to handle common hardware and software issues related to computers, networks, and office equipment. 4. Good English proficiency is preferred.
