Key responsibilities: - Full scale management of influencer marketing, including but not limited to: sourcing for KOLs, building up collaborations and managing the KOL performance. - Coordination with content marketing, offline marketing, brand marketing and growth marketing. Essential skills and qualification requirements: - Experiences in managing KOLs with solid results and resources. - Fashion/Beauty background. - Good command of written and spoken English. - Strategic thinking and work independently to achieve results. - Cross broader brand building and or e-commerce background. Desirable qualifications and skills: - Owns social accounts with impressive aesthetics and audience bases. - Brand marketing/digital marketing/content marketing/PR cross-functional intern experiences or project management experiences. - Second foreign languages as a plus.
