Sr. Accountant - GL & Reporting
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES /主要职责
1. Be responsible for monthly / yearly financial closing, and ensure all assigned accounts of general ledger and sub ledger are reconciled
负责月度/年度财务结帐，并确保所有指定的总账和明细账核对一致
2. Be responsible for G/L accounts (accruals, provisions, amortization etc.)
负责总账相关事宜，包括但不限于费用计提、预计负债、摊销等
3. Be responsible for intercompany reconciliation and check necessary intercompany recharges
负责集团关联方对账工作, 并确认必要的集团内部收费记账工作
4. Ensure monthly financial report (Cognos / BMIS) should be accurate and submitted on time, comply with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) as well
确保每月按时提交符合中国及集团会计准则的财务会计报告
5. Double check A/P payments proposal in SAP and release payment document for banking process
二次确认应付账户付款计划并生成适当的银行付款文件
6. Assist in preparation monthly HQ reporting package and consolidation report, also ad hoc finance analysis reporting
协助完成总部月度报告和关联公司合并报告, 及其他财务分析报告
7. Handle tax declaration / Annual tax fililing and settlement / tax aduit and other related work
处理税务申报，年度汇算清缴，应对税务稽查；负责办理单项涉税业务以及其他税务相关工作
8. Assist in accounting process risk controlling and procedure improvement
协助会计流程风险控制和改进
9. Be responsible for annual financial auditing also group internal auditing.
负责年度财务审计和以及集团内部部审计
10. Support SAP and other financial system implementation or upgrade
协助SAP或其他财务系统执行或升级
11. Finish other work required by the supervisor.
完成上级领导交办的其它工作任务。
REQUIRED Qualification/岗位资格要求
1. Education background and working experience 教育背景与工作经历：
Bachelor degree and major in Accounting or Finance related
会计或财务相关专业本科及以上学历
Over 5 years working experience in MNC
至少5年以上外企相关经验
2. Working Skill/工作技能：
Professional knowledge and capability for this job
财务专业知识
Good learning ability and can handle work independently
学习能力强，能独立工作
Familiar with ERP system and EXCEL, SAP is preferred
熟练使用ERP系统和EXCEL， SAP优先
Familiar with accounting and tax regulations, abide by professional ethics
熟悉中华人民共和国财税相关法律法规，遵守职业规范
Good skill in English/Chinese communication
能运用英文和中文进行沟通
