岗位职责:
Objectives:
- Implementation of S4 HANA for Procurement in Asia Pacific as part of the global roll-out
- Identify and drive process optimization for Procurement
- Ensure change management for process changes for procurement and relevant stakeholders
- Improve project methodology competence within EC Procurement
Main Tasks:
- As part of EC NGBA Procurement team drive implementation of globally harmonized solution for Procurement
- Take on project tasks such as master data migration, training, change management upon need and alignment within EC NGBA team
- Drive process optimization and digitalization
- Train organization upon need
- Ensure proper process documentation
任职要求:
- Bachelor degree. MBA is a plus.
- Min. 3 years working experience with procurement or IT
- Project Management competencies
- Good English skills in both writing and speaking
- Open minded and passionate on taking challenging tasks
