The Opportunity:
3+ years of hand-on experience in Network and Datacenter infrastructure including cable management,Investigating faults in the Network, Resolving P1 and P2 Within SLA. Wireless networking- Cisco. Routing and Switching-Cisco. F5-LTM and GTM
Your Key Result Areas:
1. Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining wireless networking solutions using Cisco technologies.
2. Installing Configuring and supporting network equipment including Routers,Switches,Firewalls.
3. Manage all Data Centre Cabling, labelling and perform all Cabling in accordance with industry standard best practices.
4. Updating the Devices to the latest Firmware releases.
5. Perform network maintaince and system/Device upgrades
6. Monitor Perfomance and Ensure system availabiltiy and reliability
7. Deep understanding of Network protocols-BGP,OSPF,IPSEC
8. Strong Knowledge of Enterprose Networking Solutions (Campus,LAN,WAN)
9. Working Knowledge of Switching Protocols and design like VLAN,STP,VTP,CDP,Etherchannels etc
10. Good Understanding IP-Addressing Schema and Sub-netting for different topologies.
11. Responsible for Resolving the Routing/Switching/Wireless issues.
12. Providing 24X7 production support and available for escalations
13. Manage the utilization of Data Center facilities, including space, power and cooling infrastructure to ensure the Normal Operations of all Managed Compute Devices
Your Qualification:
61 Expert in managing the data network operation and services (LAN, WAN and data Centre Routing and switching issue)
61 Good understanding in switching technologies like Ethernet, VLANs, VTP, STP, RSTP, HSRP, Stacking, VSS, Nexus2K,5K,7K, VPC, VDC.
61 Hands on experience in routing protocols like BGP, OSPF and EIGRP.
61 Proficient in configuring and maintaining Cisco wireless solutions for reliable and secure wireless access.
61 Experienced in working with routers, both in terms of configuration and troubleshooting, to ensure efficient data routing within the network.
61 Good understanding network services like DHCP, DNS, PKI Certificates, IP address management, Wireless site survey, Radius.
61 Good understanding of Wireless security like EAP-TLS, PEAP, CHAP.
61 Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, including performance optimization and fault tolerance.
61 Implement network monitoring tools and practices to proactively identify and address network performance and security issues.
61 Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, changes, and best practices for future reference.
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical information effectively, and provide mentorship to junior engineers when necessary.
61 Lead a Team of Network Engineers.
61 Fluent in English, German is a plus
