1,Lead the merchandising team to bring together commercial and analytical skills in the formulation and execution of the buying and brand sourcing strategy, as well as optimal product mix and assortment planning for each season. 2,To oversee and manage the merchandise distribution in assorted SKU categories, stock allocation and inventory. Understand the product strategies of the bedding furniture and local competitive set and develop action plan to gain market share. 3,Collaborate with cross functional teams or business partners to ensure integration of business and merchandising plan to achieve company's targets or other relevant strategic goals. 4,Cooperate with the production R&D department to design and create new appropriate gift/accessories which suitable for China market strategy. Draft and implement effective slow-moving and special products promotion plan. 5,Monitor and support for resolving customer complaints, connect with the headquarters for claims affairs. 6,Responsible for the purchase orders coordination of import and domestic product to ensure the smooth sales operations. Monitor sales performance and inventory level, propose the reasonable pricing strategy and action plans. 7,Responsible for the management of commodity import and export process. 8,Prepare the accurate ordering report and inventory status analysis to Sales and Marketing team, provide the active destocking suggestion regularly. 9,Well manage the logistics costs and product quality. Optimize merchandising process that enhance brand value to the business and end consumers. 10,Monitor key product business performance indicator. Aligned with sales and marketing function to identify category target achievement. 11,Support the sample display in each sales channel and make proper adjustment. Product arrangements for all new store open and close. 12,Complete various of analysis reports in time based on business requirement, deal with monthly billing matters. Work closely with cross-functional team to prepare reasonable budget base on the business targe
Job Requirements: 1,Full-time undergraduate or above. Bachelor degree. 2,Fluent in both spoken and written English & Chinese. Strong data analysis skills and Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PPT, word, etc.). 3,Consumer Goods background with good supply chain management sense and capability. 4,At least 5 years solid merchandising experience, more than 3 years of experience in team management, preferably with retail furnishings industry operation experience. 5,Healthy, and willing to travel based on business requirement. 6,Good interpersonal skills to build effective communication with diverse group of cross functional partners. 7,Mature, work independently and able to be a team player. Strong problem-solving capability and high sense of responsibility. 8,Self-motivated and open-mined, can work under pressure.
