Main purpose of the position: 61 Responsible for ERP maintenance and daily support. 61 Responsible for local/global application support in Finance, HR and Operation areas. 61 Responsible for business requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing and training. Provide the suitable solution to meet the business demand. 61 Maintain a strong relationship with business key users to understand their demands and areas of improvement. Applications Support 61 Work closely with IT team and business functions to consolidate business requirements, translate to function/technical specifications, propose and implement proper solutions to meet the business demand. 61 Responsible for daily operation and support of existing ERP Syteline and future SAP. Working content includes but not limits to incidents, service request and change requests. 61 Collaborate with global application service team for CRM, HR and MES support. Business alignment and IT Delivery 61 Professional solutions and skill to improve business processes, workflows and uses of technology. 61 Maintain relationships with business key users and Global Application Service Team. 61 Gather and manage demand & project portfolio properly following the KION Delivery Method (KDM) and collaborate closely within KION APAC to ensure transparency and pursue synergy between each other. 61 Using global ITSM tool (Remedyforce) for IT support tickets and change management. 61 Finish the tasks assigned by line manager. Reliable & Secure IT 61 Any major application outages have a CIC and the recommended improvement actions are implemented. 61 Ensure application changes are planned, communicated and carried out following any official IT change processes. 61 Adherence to KION IT security standards at all times, IT & Data security is managed with the utmost importance. Interfaces 61 Identify self-development strategies and follow through the development strategy put in place by management. 61 Actively seeks and participated in all relevant training Qualifications: 61 More than 5 years’ experience in ERP implementation and support, SAP S4/HANA experience is a plus. 61 5年以上ERP实施及支持经验,有SAP S4/HANA经验者优先。 61 Familiar with ERP Finance modules (GL/AP/AR/FA/CO) with one module expertise, project module implementation or support experience is a plus. 61 熟悉ERP财务模块(GL/AP/AR/FA/CO),至少精通其中一个模块,有项目模块实施或运维经验者优先。 61 Experience in CRM, HR and MES support is a plus. 61 有CRM, HR及MES应用系统支持经验者优先。 61 Self-motivated working, responsible, honesty, good learning and communicate skill. 61 工作积极主动,责任心,诚信,良好的学习和沟通能力。 61 Good written and spoken English. 61 良好的英文口语及书面表达能力。 61 Good analytical skills. 61 良好的分析能力。 61 Teamwork. 61 团队合作。
