The StartUp Program trainee will experience a dedicated development journey, which empowers the trainee to accelerate the development via 4 rotations with both China & international experience & exposure. Commercial Excellence strives to establish a future go-to-market model that integrates Business Governance & Insights, Supply Chain, Commercial Operation, Tendering Management and Channel Management.
Collaborate with multiple business areas to continuously optimize the company's RIO in terms of speed, scale and operation efficiency, and serve the company's strategic decisions.
As one of the important components of CE, the Supply Chain team adheres to a customer-centric approach, connecting from production to delivery, committing fulfillment to customer needs with efficiency, speed, resourcefulness and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: ● Follow program rotation assignments to complete relevant working tasks and learning objectives in each rotation, which are identified by the StartUp Program framework ● Proactively contribute to the business to drive patient and customer-centric outcomes through your expertise and business knowledge ● Connect the dots as intrapreneurs to generate value, prioritize investments and make trade-off decisions ● Own your development to ensure you are continuously growing skills and capabilities in line with your passion and the needs of the Organization ● Deliver projects and other tasks assigned by your rotation manager ● Have a certain level of flexibility on relocation assignments and business travel
Requirements (Supply Chain) ● 1-3 years of professional working experience in consulting (supply chain related strategy & analytics) or supply chain management ● A postgraduate degree in International Trade or Supply Chain Management is preferred Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management is a plus ● Data analysis capabilities, have commercial sense and be able to capture business ● insights behind the data Strategic thinking with excellent logical reasoning and influence skills Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective task prioritization Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Fluency in English is required for cross-cultural communication
