岗位职责: Objectives: - Professional expertise in the team to provide relevant analysis and recommendations of credit risk assessments to meet and exceed service standards expected. - Provide optimized solutions and transparency to stakeholders on credit risk management core processes such as reviewing customer risk, risk mitigation approach, prolongation approval and debt collection. - Ensure Global/Regional/Hub projects or processes implementation in China. - Initiate new solutions (e.g., digital solutions) to improve process optimization and data transparency.
Main Tasks: - Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests, including new requests, changed requests of credit reviews. - Proactively improve relevant KPIs with close monitoring; escalate to the team leader or related stakeholders if the customer’s situation becomes worsened. - Timely monitor portfolio development to classify facilities and execute risk mitigation plan. - Strongly support assigned projects implantation related credit risk management; Participate and contribute to local BU strategy / business steering discussions in areas of key customer management, credit risk management and early warning signals. - Present analysis, findings and recommendations to service recipients, and related stakeholders.
任职要求: - Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration discipline, ACCA, CIMA, CMA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred - Working Experience: 5-8 years' relevant experience in credit risk management or finance analysis areas - Process strong analytical with attention to details, solution oriented, and teamwork sprit - Good written & oral communication skills in English - IT techniques (e.g., Macro, Python etc.) is a plus
