OBJECTIVE Responsible for developing and upholding ZIMMERMANN business policies for the CN Retail Network in line with HQ expectations and approvals. Provide all Store teams with tools, processes, training, and support required to achieve sales budgets. POSITION PURPOSE To provide support to the retail stores and retail team to achieve stores’ sales targets and execution of the customer experience through management of Retail operational efficiencies. To identify opportunities that support the CN growth of the business by implementing strategic objectives that will enable all Retail KPIs to be met and exceeded. To assess the existing P&P and ensure that are all in accordance with CN legislations, if necessarily make any relevant changes with the approval of the Retail Manager. To implement Policies and Procedures that promote consistency, productivity, and performance with the approval of the Retail Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1) ADMINISTRATION To assist on the creation of P&P and update them in accordance to the business needs To prepare and compile the CN Retail weekly sales reports To replicate the above reports at the end of each Financial Month To assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis To manage and control the expenses relevant to the stores in accordance with the budget To assist Retail Manager to manage the leasing of off-site storages for stores in accordance with business needs To assist the Retail Operations Manager with implementing retail projects and training teams accordingly 2) STORE EVENTS To assist the VIP manager and organize “in store shopping experience” and centre events in stores in accordance with budgets and business expectations To ensure focus of event is growing sales and the Zimmermann customer database To provide HO with proposal and update every month with host proposals in line with In-Store Shopping Event timeline To arrange a guest list/ RSVP management by communicating with HO To coordinate invitations, security guards, charity 3) CUSTOMER DATABASE To compile weekly reports on new customers added to the Zimmermann database and provide feedback to Management, Stores, Regional Managers and Trainers when necessary To assist stores to acquire and grow the Zimmermann client database through engaging and maintaining professional customers relationship ensuring full compliance with local legislation 100% accuracy of all customers’ details added to the database 4) TEAM SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION To create an enjoyable working environment which promotes passion, focus and discipline To maintain a professional appearance reflective of the brand image always To assist the Retail Management team with communicating upcoming launches, mark downs, sales results, and transfer embargos to stores with all relevant instructions and information. 5) PACKAGING & STATIONARY To assist the Retail Operations team with the ordering and delivery of branded and non-branded water to stores To assist the Retail Operations team ordering of any materials and equipment as per the needs of retail stores To assist the Retail Operations Manager AU with conducting monthly stocktakes and ensure sufficient coverage across all packaging lines 6) STORE OPENINGS & STORE MAINTENANCE To assist with new stores setups and renovations by compiling the Opening & Closing Checklist and communicating to relevant departments in required timeframes To assist the Retail Operations team with ordering supplies and liaising with departments 7) HEALTH AND SAFETY (OSHA/WHS) To promote and uphold the non-negotiable standards of the WHS policy To ensure all WHS regulations follow and comply with local legislations To liaise with HR and the Zimmermann WHS Committee to identify and implement procedures to ensure the business is compliant QUALIFICATIONS 1) 1-3 years of experience encompassing retail operations, crm, data analyze, etc. 2) Demonstrated passion for retailing and driving from ground zero to full-scale initiatives, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. 3) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in English. 4) Bachelor’s degree or above, oversea experience plus.
