Principal responsibilities 1.Adopt a customer-centric mindset to help ensure business requirements deliver the target business outcomes and drive customer values 2.Engaging with cross-functional teams to design options and recommendations 3.Brings structure and order to undefined problems and/or large scale problems, making them easier to address and solve 4.Creating/designing process flows, user personas, stories and journey maps 5.Using storyboarding, task analysis, and user research tasks to capture, develop user requirements and support product owner(s) to prioritize backlog 6.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user stories are developed and test correctly to meet acceptance criteria 7.Identifying opportunities for straight through approval or processing through data automation and workflow automation 8.Manage change management activities to ensure new capabilities, features and journey are well embedded 9.Identifying opportunities to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic and Agile environment
Qualifications/Requirements 1.Good understanding of Agile methodologies, Change Methodology Frameworks, and best practice techniques; 2.Extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects is preferred; 3.Experience of delivering change into different audiences and managing implementation in multiple channels in banking environment would be an advantage; 4.Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise 5.Able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines; 6.Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English; 7.Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, comfortable to influence and challenge stakeholders as needed.
