Key Responsibilities 83Responsible for the order acquisition trend and sales volume increase 83Develop, Maintain and establish relationships with current customers relationship and potential ones 83Manage sales negotiation from proposals to sale contract's signature 83Responsible for maintaining customer loyalty, identifying adaptable solutions to meet customers’ needs 83Plan visits to customers in accordance with the Regional Sales Manager 83Participation to marketing events 83Work close to Technical Area to define customized solutions according customers’ needs 83Conduct market and benchmark analysis to identify new sales opportunities 83Partner with Product Function to manage discounts requests during sales negotiations
Requirements 83Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electronical Engineering or Economics or technical diploma with work experience 833/4 years of experience in sales roles 83Previous experience in machine tool or component industry will an added advantage. 83Good in written and spoken English 83Communication and negotiation skills 83Team working and collaboration skills 83Customer orientation 83Proficient in technical drawing 83Able to interpret KPI/economics data
