The key purpose of this position is to manage the growth within the Field Sales area for prioritized segments and for defined single services and to hold the responsibility of developing the commercial capabilities in the Field Sales team, based on the countries commercial strategy and direction.
Salary package: Basic Salary + Target Bonus
Job description: 1. Responsibility of defining, developing and delivering the Field Sales top-line; 2. Develop and execute the Field Sales strategy in line with the country’s overall commercial strategy; 3. Define the key targets and sales ambitions for Field Sales in close cooperation with the commercial director; 4. Ensure ISS’ commercial processes and tools are efficiently implemented; 5. Identify and execute strategic commercial initiatives with the purpose of driving the top-line and position ISS as the preferred Field Sales partner in country; 6. Contribute in key Field Sales processes and prioritized customer engagement activities; 7. Establishes and develops concepts; 8. Role model for CRM culture.
Qualifications: 1. 5+ years’ sales experience in facility service industry; 2. Strong results from related commercial or business development functions e.g. having ensured substantial growth and improved profitability; 3. Proven track record in successfully converting business solution bids to wins, through creative and innovative thinking and based on a solid analysis of customer needs; 4. Experience in “hunting” new assignments/relations/business; 5. Dominant traits include a competitive nature, goal-orientation and high fighting spirit; 6. Common commercial traits include high work capacity, contact/communication skills and empathy; 7. Good English and Chinese Communications.
