RESPONSIBILITIES: 61 Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive the sales and promotions. 61 Maintain and expand relationships with trade partners such as travel agencies and other specific sales channels. 61 Offline key retailer sales salons management and support. To lead the overall channel activations to support business growth. 61 Plan and implement marketing activities to increase brand awareness and product appeal. 61 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordinated marketing efforts. 61 Analyses market trends and competitor activities to make informed marketing decisions. 61 Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns. 61 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and adjust as needed. 61 Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to adapt marketing strategies accordingly. 61 Trade Wechat account management and development 61 Fam trip/Ship inspection organization and management 61 Trade roadshow/agent showcase management and support. 61 Develop trade marketing plans for specific voyage case. 61 Assist Sales director to make Trade sales strategy and sales planing 61 Other tasks assigned by Sales director. QUALIFICATION PROFILE 61 8+ years of marketing and/or trade marketing and/or sales/sales-planning experience. Cruise or Travel industry experience is a plus. 61 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing. 61 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English skill is preferred. 61 Excellent at managing time, priorities and expenses 61 Able to work independently while being a team player. 61 Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 61 Flexibility to travel as needed.
