The candidate is to join Central and Eastern China Area and Small Onsite Team as Business Operation Specialist. He/she will be the pioneer to work with cross function team such as sales, engineering, manufacturing, project, operations, finance, legal, and sourcing etc, to support the business manager on daily business operations. 负责消费电子产品中央及华东区域团队商务运营支持工作,负责协调销售、产品、研发、项目、工厂、运营、财务、法务支持业务经理的日常工作。 RESPONSIBILITY/岗位职责 1. Product, spare parts, samples, asset, equipment supplier, manufacturing resource, license, digitalization, organization management under the coach of business manager. 在业务经理的指导下,完成各类产品、备件、资产、样品、设备以及公司内外部资源管理,以及信息/数字化的整理和组织工作。 2. Cross function communication to navigate the business through cooperate organizations and coordinate internal resource to provide excellent service to customer. 协调内外部跨部门的沟通,引导合作伙伴业务合作,协调内部资源以客户为中心提供优秀的服务。 3. Support business manager to supervise annual budget and project budget. 支持业务经理监督年度预算、市场及项目预算 4. Operational excellence ideation and execution. 卓越运营的构思和执行能力 5. Bidding/Channel/Business Partner Certification and support, customer and collection management in CRM and ERP system. 投标/渠道/业务伙伴认证与支持,在CRM以及ERP系统的客户及联系人管理工作 JOB REQUIREMENTS/岗位要求 1. Education Bachelor’s degree or above with good business sense. 本科以上学历,有良好的商业头脑。 2. Experience: Minimum 3 years in major company, sales, marketing or customer service function is preferred. 3年以上工作经验,销售/市场/客户服务岗位经验者优先。 3. Language: Effective communication both written and verbal in both Chinese and English 中英文听说读写熟练 4. Tools: Skill in Microsoft Office 365 and other efficiency applications as the work tools.
