工作职责:
1.Coordinate the new precess introduction activities across multi-function team.Manage new process qualification to meet product transition schedule. follow up the qualification status closely ;
2.NPI project schedule,priority management,process risk assessment and DOE design for yield improvement,
3.PFMEA and control plan compiled and maintainence;Be familar with AEC_Q100;
4.OQC quality improvement with DPPM reduction by technical process solution.
5.Technical training of proess methodology to key manufacture, quality and equipment maintenance staff.
6. Be familar with black coating/ink process;

任职资格:
1. Must be familiar with black coating/ink process;
2. New project management skill;
3. Excellent analysis and problem solve skills.
4. Good oral and written English.
5. Be familiar with FMEA and AECQ-100 is preferred
