Job Description: Sr Strategic Vertical Marketing Analyst for Industrial and Applied Market (Corporate Marketing)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategic Vertical Marketing Analyst to join our corporate marketing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company's industrial and applied market segments through strategic marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the industry landscape, market trends, and customer needs, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional cross-divisional teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:
1. Market Dynamics Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking policy, regulation, technology, investment dynamic to generate understanding of market trend and relevance to ThermoFisher business. Competition monitoring including performance and strategic dynamics.
2. Conduct comprehensive Market Research and Analysis to identify key industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights within assigned market segments.
3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors to support Marketing Strategies and Initiatives, including market positioning, value proposition, messaging strategies and lead workflow total solutions creation.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional cross-division teams, including division marketing, product management, and corporate marketing teams, to support targeted marketing campaigns that can leverage One ThermoFisher Total Solution to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and support revenue growth.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
6. Identify and manage strategic collaborations with associations and KOLs to position us as a key player by focusing on industrial hotspots.



Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in analytical chemistry, material science or related disciplines, advanced marketing degree as a plus.
2. 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, product marketing preferably within Analytical Instrument industry, knowledge of industrial and applied market trends, technologies, and customer requirements is highly desirable.
3. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret policies and regulations, market data and customer insights to drive effective marketing strategies.
4. Proven track record of developing marketing plan and executing successfully that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
5. Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, interact, and work with individuals and groups.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
