职责描述: 1. 按照质量体系管理客户投诉及售后相关工作 Managed customer complaints and after-sales work according to the quality system 2. 跟踪市场并定期收集销售信息及客户反馈 Tracked the market and regularly collected sales information and customer feedback. 3. 协调其他部门一同满足客户需求,如产品改进及相关活动等,进而完成年度指标 Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs, such as product improvement and related activities, so as to achieve annual targets. 4. 兼任管理者代表 Acting as management representative 5. 其他由直接主管分配的任务 Other tasks assigned by supervisor
任职要求: 1. 1年以上医疗器械相关工作经验 1+yrs medical device relevant experience 2. 对质量管理体系及欧盟法规有一定了解 With knowledge of quality management system and EU regulations 3. 能独立完成交办的工作 Able to complete the assigned work independently 4. 合适的沟通能力及英语能力 Good communication and English skills 5. MDR有经验者优先 MDR experience is preferred
