BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: This position responsible to ensures the success of important portion of hematology business along the product life cycle management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties: 61 Develop hematology business plan and execute it accordingly. 61 Technically support sales, service team, scientific affair, and local MKT 61 Dig customers’ needs of hematology and translate into insights. 61 Work closely with global/supplier and develop product sales tools. 61 Be acquainted with medical periodicals and magazines for Ads promotion. 61 Plan and organize resources for all marketing strategies to ensure that they are being effectively carried out. 61 Conduct market and product opportunity assessment and provide support for strategic new business opportunities. 61 Collaborate with operation units to provide training and consultation to sale teams on the technical/application issues surrounding products. 61 Develop publication plan to build up scientific share of voice on products. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION & SKILLS: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above with laboratory medicine or medical related 61 English skill in both reading, writing and speaking are essential. 61 Good OA software skills, eg.
