1. Ensures that SHE Management System and strategy are effectively implemented within the STCs and assigned departments/locations in a country. 2. Identify and update SHE related laws and regulations to ensure SHE compliance based on legal and A/C requirements. 3. Establish and optimize the local SHE management system based on ISO14001 & ISO45001. 4. Take part in internal and external SHE management system’s audits, key suppliers SHE compliance audits to ensure that the SHE management system operates effectively from internal and external aspects. 5. Support the STC functions to carry out risk assessments/environment registration, make sure the general risk assessment and environment registration will be updated to the latest. 6. Plan and provide SHE trainings to all employees regularly. Run the LeadSafe/ActSafe program frequently to raise employee’s safety awareness and enhance safe and environmental friendly behaviours. 7. Responsible for the implementation of SHE programs in line with the demands for the local STC development, such as Manual handling/LOTO(LockOut&Tagout)/Machine guarding/Noise reduction/LeadSafe&ActSafe etc. 8. Participate in the VTPS assessment and development as an internal auditor to support the local STC operational excellence program. 9. Monitor STC OH factors (Heavy metal/Noise/Chemical) and environment factors regularly to meet the related SHE standards. 10. Setup local ERT (Emergency Response Team) and provide the training to the ERT, organize emergency drills regularly. 11. Support, maintain and improve the safety culture and behaviours by driving the safety roadmap to a worldclass level and support the SHE Champion program continuously. 12. Undertake investigations to incidents/accidents and report them as required with documentation and in time in the reporting system. 13. Prepare and maintain necessary regulatory documentation and reports.
