Dentons is one of the leading and biggest law firms in China, interested in recruiting for the office in Shanghai and Asean, a senior associate with 4-6 years' working experience mainly in corporate and commercial legal advice.
Candidates are selected on the following base criteria:
1.4-6 years of relevant experience in Law Firm with English working language.
2.Experience in an oversea law firm is preferred, and British, Singapore or Hongkong bar certificate preferred.
3.In-depth knowledge of British and American Common Law, general corporate law, FDI, M&A transactions, and PE/VC fund investment is preferred.
4.To join its leading Corporate Practice M&A team.
5.Specific expertise in one of the offshore business, cross-border transaction, international business law and service (banking finance) practices or industries will also be positive.
6.Prior arbitration experience is preferred, but not a requirement.
7.Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, third language will be positive.
8.Willing to take challenges and work under pressure.Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
