1. Managing and supervising the regional product strategy for Hard Parts, Mechatronics Parts and Special project. 2. Responsible to focus on launching new categories quicker for MSI/NSOS 3. Take ownership of the P&L of the category including sales and CM. 4. Initiate new product development or improvement projects based on market potential analysis, to extend product coverage, and support incremental sales and take accountability for the Sales performance of those NPI. 5. Communication with headquarter for product release and relative information. 6. Plan new product range according to local requirement and car parc. 7. Lead New projects which involving different functional departments. 8. Market information awareness to support sales on product and technical level. 9. Support data and catalogue colleague to prepare local responsible catalogue data. 10. Build market knowledge through market analysis, field visit and industry activity. 11. Manage the team allocated to the category with related development and performance review. 12. Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
1. Personality: Analytical/ structural and systematic Thinking, Coordinative and teamwork 2. Education: Bachelor or above in Economics or related field 3. Work experience: 10 years related to Product Management with minimum 5 years in the Aftermarket 4. Skills: Comprehensive SAP knowledge; Fluent English both oral and written; familiar with MS Office
