**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a MES System Specialist with a robust technical background and a deep understanding of business processes in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with the MES system (Rockwell PharmaSuite preferred) and a proven track record in delivering MES system projects and supporting daily operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and implement MES solutions using Rockwell PharmaSuite, tailored to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Analyze business requirements from a pharmaceutical manufacturing perspective to create detailed system specifications.
- Provide subject matter expertise in MES systems, with a focus on Rockwell PharmaSuite, to ensure high system performance and user satisfaction.
- Support the MES project delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery, while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Conduct system configurations, upgrades, and continuous improvements, adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for MES processes, system configurations, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) specific to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Deliver training programs to end-users, emphasizing best practices for utilizing Rockwell PharmaSuite in a regulated environment.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless system integration and data integrity.


**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with MES systems, specifically Rockwell PharmaSuite, in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successful MES project delivery.
- Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of programming languages commonly used in MES environments.
- Experience with data integration and system integration in a pharmaceutical context.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient both in spoken and written English
