职责:
与项目设计负责人一起完成设计定义和硬件规格。
2)负责硬件(数字，模拟或FPGA)原理图设计/调试，与eCAD工程师一起完成PCB布局设计。
3)在研发阶段为所有跨职能团队提供支持。
与实验室的软件板一起工作。
负责所有交付的质量(ECSQ等)
与采购商合作降低BOM成本
与工业化/EMS工厂合作，生产EP/MP/PR空白PCB/PCBA
与认证部门合作解决所有EMC/EMI问题。
与验证团队一起解决所有问题。
4)在多个时区与全球跨职能团队合作。
资格
必须有很强的人际交往能力。
该职位需要与eCADs，机械cad，软件，认证，工业化，验证，内部工厂以及外部供应商(EMS工厂等)密切合作。
2)数字/模拟嵌入式系统设计能力。
强制性的:
熟悉使用Mentor或Cadence工具。
具有复杂处理器(例如:ARM, POWER PC或SOC等)和高速嵌入式硬件系统设计经验。
熟悉SI, PI，降额，功率预算估算，热分析等，以确保交货质量。
有模拟信号链设计，数据采集设计经验。
C代码的调试能力。
熟悉解决EMC/EMI相关问题。
熟悉空白PCB/PCBA制造。
有很强的实验室技能，可以动手焊接元件，操作示波器，逻辑分析仪，信号发生器等。
可选:
有电源设计经验者优先。

3)FPGA设计能力
强制性的:
RTL(Register Transfer Level)设计，熟悉ISE, Quartus, Modelsim工具;

静态时序分析、资源估计和功率估计分析;
可选:
有片上系统(SOC)和NIOS II设计经验者优先。
具有良好的英语口头和书面沟通能力，具有良好的团队合作精神，主人翁意识强。
电气工程学士，硕士(优先)，至少7年的硬件开发，电路板开发经验。

Senior hardware Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Work with the project design lead to complete the design definition and hardware specifications.
2) Responsible for hardware (digital, analog or FPGA) schematic design/debugging, and complete PCB layout design together with eCAD engineers.
3) Support all cross-functional teams during the R&D phase.
Work with the software board in the lab.
Responsible for the quality of all deliveries (ECSQ etc.)
Work with purchasers to reduce BOM costs
Production of EP/MP/PR blank PCB/PCBA in cooperation with industrial /EMS plants
Work with certification department to resolve all EMC/EMI issues.
Work with the validation team to resolve all issues.
4) Work with global cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
qualification
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
The position requires close cooperation with eCADs, mechanical cad, software, certification, industrialization, verification, in-house plants as well as external suppliers (EMS plants, etc.).
2) Digital/analog embedded system design capability.
Mandatory:
Be familiar with Mentor or Cadence tools.
Experience designing complex processors (e.g. ARM, POWER PC or SOC) and high-speed embedded hardware systems.
Familiar with SI, PI, derating, power budget estimation, thermal analysis, etc., to ensure delivery quality.
Experience in analog signal chain design and data acquisition design.
C code debugging ability.
Familiar with EMC/EMI related issues.
Familiar with blank PCB/PCBA manufacturing.
Strong laboratory skills, can weld components, operate oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators, etc.
Optional:
Experience in power supply design is preferred.
Working as a lead designer on one or more projects is a plus.
Familiarity with POWER PC or SOC based uboot/Linux ports is a plus.
Familiar with PRP/HSR/RSTP or IEEE1588 is preferred.
Familiar with current/voltage transformer designer preferred
3)FPGA design capability
Mandatory:
RTL(Register Transfer Level) design, familiar with ISE, Quartus, Modelsim tools;
Test bench development and design simulation;
Static time series analysis, resource estimation and power estimation analysis;
Optional:
System-on-chip (SOC) and NIOS II design experience is preferred.
Good oral and written English communication skills, good team work spirit, strong sense of ownership.
Bachelor, Master (preferred) in Electrical engineering, at least 7 years experience in hardware development, circuit board development.
