Functional Tasks / 业务职责: 1.Be in charge of business development of Klueber in his/her responsible food industry and reach sales and GP target. 负责开展本人所负责地区/食品行业的业务,完成销售指标及毛利率。 2.Pursue and achieve the goals and targets for the company and himself/herself and in specific for both of sales and no-sales goals within the Operational Planning (OP), Management by Objects (MBO) and any reassessment. 致力于达成由业务计划(OP)、目标管理(MBO)或其它评估体系所确定的各类具体的销售和非销售指标。 3.Establish and maintain a good long term partner relationship with the potential/existing customers. 与潜在及现有客户建立和保持一个良好的长期合作伙伴关系。 4.Provide professional technical supports for customers including products introduction and new products promotion ,technical seminar, issues solving, quick response to complaints and quality problems. 为客户提供专业技术支持,包括产品的介绍和新产品推广,技术研讨会,解决问题、对投诉和质量问题迅速作出反应。 5.Be in cooperation with internal sales team and finance department to keep payment of contract are returned in accordance with required conditions. 与销售内部团队和财务部共同合作,确保合同金额能够在规定的时间内支付。 6.Timely and actively give feedback to certain projects and share experience among colleagues. 及时、积极地就某些项目提供反馈意见,同事之间互相交流经验。 7.Comply with corporate and company stated policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws established by local and state authorities. 遵守公司政策、流程以及地方、国家设立的所有适用的法律法规。
Qualification / 职能要求: 1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or relevant major; 机械或相关专业本科或以上学历; 2.At least 5 years sales experience, proven solid sales results and have capability to handle key account experience; Food industry experience preferred. 至少5年销售经验,有可靠的销售业绩并有能力处理大客户经验,有食品行业经验者优先; 3.Excellent sales performance, high value selling skills, love klueber way of doing things; 优秀的销售执行力、价值销售技巧、认同克鲁勃的做事方式; 4.Very strong team spirit, lead by examples, acknowledged and accepted by other colleagues; 很强的团队协作精神,以身作则并受到同事的认可; 5.Excellent market research, analysis and exploring capability; 良好的市场研究,分析和探索能力;
