工作职责：
1. As customer TPM contact window
2. NPI and MP daily or weekly meeting with customer, lead cross-function team for yield report, driving yield improvement
3. Coordinate cross-function team for process improvement and quality excursion problem solving
4. NPI build readiness review and report for each phase, MP machine & line buyoff and readiness review, to make sure MP successful
5. Co-work with IE to review process cycle time and UPH with customer
6..Work with automation team to improvement manufacturing automation rate and improve production efficiency


岗位要求：
1.大学本科以上学历，3年以上电子制造业PM或QA工作经验
2. 熟悉PCBA SMT 流程或半导体封装流程
3.沟通协调能力强，英文听说读写能力佳
4.具有较强的执行力和团队合作意识
