Responsibilities and Duties:
80Lead Design Quality activities And customer quality requirements assurance, submit APQP package & PPAP package, etc.
80Control the Quality/Warranty cost. Set-up Quality/Warranty objective and drive team to meet.
80Project quality assurance- Perform quality assessments throughout development and provide Vote for all Stage and Design Reviews for all assigned projects. ensure that Key, Identified Program deliverables are completed on time per the project schedule and meet excellent quality standards
80Analyze similar product quality/warranty data and Drive wide ↦ dive deep for new program lessons learned from starting
80Production quality assurance - Support pre-builds and ensure production quality in control, issue related build reports
80Warranty risk assessment and Mitigation throughout project/design/process stage review and risk identification .
80Define/Document/Set-up warranty support plans for new programs.
80Support projects and communicate APQP gate status, Quality performance, improvement plans, and corrective actions to the customer.
80Host customer Audit for new projects. Drive closure of open issues.

Qualifications:
80Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Automotive, etc ·
80Fluent oral English, English could be used in daily work.
80Over 5 years’ service experience for Quality/Design/Manufacture relative jobs in Automotive or Electrical industrial suppliers. At least 3 years’ experience in quality leader role.
80International company experience is preferred.
80Experience in Problem Solving practices. Advanced analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult. Eg. Green Belt, Shinning.
80Interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, suppliers and internal team. Familiar to TS16949 standard and OEM customer quality system. Familiar with VW CSR is a must.
80Organizational and planning capabilities.
