Purpose of the role:
Execution and implement the company’s business strategy with the aim of developing our Integrated Logistics (O&G, Renewable, Cable, Dredging, Infrastructure) business across China.
Work together with the team, responsible to develop a credible sales pipeline.
Responsible to drive, coach & coordinate with various stakeholders in order to deliver excellent services by delivering the operation on time & cost-effectively.
Must safeguard Company’s interest against any potential legal dispute, insurance claim and operational hazards.

Responsibilities 岗位职责:

Driving Commercial Activities 推动商业活动
1. Assisted IL General manager to draw up annual business development plan, was able to transform the company's annual target into a reasonable sales plan, and reported the progress of business development as required.
协助综合物流总经理制定年度业务发展计划,能够将公司的年度目标转化为合理的销售计划,并按要求报告业务发展的进展。
2. Visit key customers and major customers, maintain customer relationship, investigate customer needs, coordinate and communicate internal resources to achieve development goals, connect customer needs and company capabilities, and obtain business opportunities.
拜访关键客户和主要客户,维护客户关系,调查客户需求,协调和沟通内部资源以实现发展目标,连接客户需求和公司能力,并获得商业机会。
3. Complete the overall coordination of the bidding work (including commercial, technical solution and quotation), program explanation and Q&A, business negotiation activities and summarize the experience and lessons of the bid.
完成投标工作的全面协调(包括商业、技术解决方案和报价)、方案说明和问答、商务谈判活动,并总结投标的经验和教训。
4. Responsible for the whole process of contract signing management such as business negotiation, contract revision, contract approval and signing, and contract filing with customers.
负责整个合同签署管理流程,如商务谈判、合同修订、合同审批和签署,以及与客户的合同归档。

Improving Operations 提高运营效率
1. Manage and ensure local vendor(s) are competent to deliver the services.
管理和确保当地供应商能够提供服务。
2. Initiate cost savings through operation efficiency & procurement negotiations.
通过运营效率和采购谈判来节约成本。
3. Able to implement a transparent mechanism for vendor management by negotiate competitive rates. Always protect Company’s interest.

HSEQ and Compliance 健康、安全、环境、质量和合规
1. Strictly observe HSEQ and Compliance.

Requirements & Capabilities 岗位要求:
1. At least 8 years experience in freight forwarding, bulk cargo shipping, engineering logistics,sales or commercial.
至少8年在货运代理、散货船运、工程物流、销售或商业方面的经验。
2. Familiar with the operation process of at least three fields, such as offshore engineering, renewable, submarine cable, dredging and ship agency service.
熟悉至少三个领域的运营流程,如海上工程、可再生能源、海底电缆、疏浚和船舶代理服务。
3. Excellent written and spoken English.
出色的书面和口头英语能力。
4. Excellent copywriting ability, especially PPT, EXCEL, WORD.
出色的文案撰写能力,特别是PPT、EXCEL、WORD。
5. Experience in business management and operation of integrated logistics.
具有综合物流业务管理和运营经验。
6. Experience in engineering and project logistics, heavy cargo transportation, bulk and general cargo chartering business is preferred.
具有工程和项目物流、重型货物运输、散货和一般货物租船业务的经验者优先。
7. Commercial, Marine, Logistics knowledge required.
具备商业、海事、物流知识。
8. Ambitious, result oriented.
