The E-Commerce operation assistant manager will be responsible for E-Commerce daily operation across Tmall Disney flagship store. The role will lead TP to achieve the revenue target and related KPIs as well as communicating with cross-department and platform to fully utilize the resources. - Closely work with TP to deliver best-in-class Ecommerce revenue and experience. Keep closely communicate with Alibaba to gain resources and trends from platform. - Formulation and implementation of promotion mechanism according to finance target and control the product profit margin. Evaluate the operating expenses, and control ROI. Be able to optimize operation dynamically to ensure the achievement of sales objectives. - Crowd analysis and insight: Rich experience and deep understanding of crowd operation. Be able to skillfully apply Alibaba related analysis software (Data bank, strategy center, 情报通, etc.). Lead TP team to complete the business and crowd analysis of the brand, industry and competitive brands, gain insight into business opportunities, output analysis reports that can promote performance development, and help achieve sales goals. -Responsible for the CRM operation: Formulate the store member system and the sales target of new and existing customers, promote the achievement of the core indicators of members. Improve the customer shopping experience and improve the repurchase rate of existing customers. - Communicate with relative team about assortment & development / MKT campaigns/Pricing strategies/visual appearance/system integration / deliveries/customer services/Accounting etc. to achieve AOP target. - Communicate with TP to build the monthly/weekly/daily operation plan to achieve the revenue target and deliver the expected results. On-going optimizing operation of store to increase conversion rate. - Keenly understand the change of platform trends, maintain the iterative update of new tools and methodologies, and output response plans in time; -Oversee daily operations, including promos execution, animations, new products, search optimization, content creation, etc. - Build a perfect data analysis system and provide data analysis reports to improve the operation efficiency of the project. -Team management: be responsible for the management of TP team. KPI establishment and controlling. Training and other daily management. Job Requirements: Bachelor degree or above Minimum 5 years’ E-Commerce experience - Good communication and presentation skills - Advanced knowledge of online consumer insights, preferably with CRM & databank experience - Preferably with experience in apparel and fast fashion - Strong data analysis skill and merchandising sense - Experience in managing TP - Fluent English
