Customer Management as a function of the Sales Operation management department is mastering all customer management work, and also as one of the steering functions of the company’s strategic decision.
1. Responsible for daily customer data maintenance and related customer type judgement, customer hierarchy setting and improvement.
2. Execute the customer release and transfer in SAP based on the Company’s strategy and guidance.
3. Proactivly observe the daily operation, and organize the internal customer managmeent process mapping and improvement .
4. Cooperate with internal local and global functions to well manage the business risks.
5. Support the Customer data analysis,reporting and business projects and initiatives.
