Position Summary / 职位概述： With supervision, this role is responsible for system new product development, managing system drawings and process material generation. Besides, conduct engineering activities for existing products while reducing cost, enhancing performance, or facilitating manufacturing operations.
Job Responsibility / 工作职责： 1. Provides technical expertise on well-defined Electro-Hydraulic system products. 2. Assists design and manufacturing in the development of new and/or revised product according to customer requirements. 3. Manage the system design relevant drawings through the use of computer aided engineering design tools. Prepare critical data, initial design, sketches, precautions, and documentation if needed for customer communication. 4. Review design drawings and technical solutions to ensure clarity, integrity, functionality and compliance with standards, procedures, and specifications. Identify design errors, defects and provide revision and suggestions for quality improvement. 5. Teamwork to develop new system solutions from design to production. Identify system opportunities and generate novel ideas/concepts for system development. Provide technical support and consultation in manufacturing process. 6. Provide timely reports summarizing findings on a given product, project or territory. 7. Support technical training for customers and distributors. 8. Develop and maintain knowledge of competitive products and their activity in the marketplace and provide reports, on a regular and/or monthly basis; Keeps management aware of changes, which would affect the distribution of Parker products. 9. Investigate market needs for innovative products and communicate them to Engineering for product development; Must maintain highest degree of customer service, throughput, and quality and may participate in lean activities. 10. Summarize customer information and application feedback. Coordinate with marketing, sales and other engineers to understand customer requirements and functional requirements. Explore new opportunities and demonstrate Parker’s product capabilities. Provide technical advice for customers by explanation of specifications and requirements. Facilitate technical exchange on behalf of the company. 11. Represent company in high level projects to complete necessary tasks and contribute to the team. The responsibilities may include cross-functional work and participation in projects team. (e.g., continuous improvement). 12. Other related tasks as assigned by supervisor or department.
Qualification/ 任职资格： 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in hydraulic, electro-hydraulic or related fields. 2. Min. 5+ years of experience in hydraulic system design or related work. 3. Excellent computer skills. 4. Fluent English in reading and writing. 5. Work hard, team spirit and excellent communication skills.
