Responsibility: 1. Channel strategy plan: Have a deep understanding of the Douyin(Tiktok) 抖音platform, Develop and execute very clear Douyin channel sales strategy and can find new opportunity. 2. Good control of SI ,SO and P&L. Deliver Operation KPI, include but not limited to traffic and CVR. Budget control and optimize expense for target delivery. 3. Responsible for daily management and operation: make strong data-drive recommendation to help communication media efficiency and business forward. Do E-commerce merchandising, new product launch. Enhance KOL/KOC live streaming business, enlarge more KOL cooperation, create new product mix and cooperation models. Digital annual calendar content, video and KOL/KOC. 4. Familiar with the rules of short video and live stream operation(短视频/直播 ). Have professional insights and experience in the whole process to help the store effectively seeding and convert. 5. Build long term relationship with platform and gain more support for brand. Identify the opportunities on Douyin to the Kohler. 6. People management: good at team management and cooperation with DP.
Requirement:
1. 3~5 years experience in TM/JD/Douyin operation with TP/DP company background is preferred 2. Ability to work in fast-pace, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
