SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Train and support distributors, OEMs and end users on product installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance and trouble shooting. Manage sales channels, support distributors on routine work of selling fire equipment. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 61 Train the engineers/technicians from distributor, OEMs and end users on product installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance and repairing. 61 Manage sales channels on fire equipment, support distributors on routine work like as project authorization, order management, on site product demonstration etc. 61 Handle warranty claim and spare parts selling. Report quality defects to original manufacture and offer suggestion on how we shall avoid such defects. 61 Offer on-site commissioning & repairing support. 61 Maintain good relationship with both customers and colleagues. 61 Other work to be assigned. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB: 61 2+ years’ experience in sales, application or after service of mechanical industry. 61 Be familiar with fire products like as centrifugal pump, monitor, nozzle, gearbox and engine will be a plus. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 61 With mechanical education background. 61 English capability - Written English shall be good so that he/she will be able to understand the IOM supplied by US/UK and report any issue to abroad factory directly. 61 Flexible, open-mind, be willing to face challenge, problem-solver. 61 Sense of team work, accommodating and integrity. 61 Can accept unscheduled business trip arrangements. 61 Must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers at all levels and with corporate and company personnel. 61 Computer literate.
